The mana cost is a turnoff, but it will boost the damage of your other abilities on all individuals who are impacted. The pattern is complete for Thunder Locus: Negative Ghost Rider. The DoT isn’t overpowering, the movement speed penalty can be avoided with Magma Mace, and the little flee rate isn’t appealing or helpful in my opinion.
